Meet the Team

Upasna and Lydia bring together nearly 40 years of combined industry experience in creating inclusive, equitable, and human-centred workplaces across the global financial and banking sectors.


Upasna, a gender equality advocate and founder of Kaleido – the inclusive talent platform, has led Diversity, Inclusion, and Talent initiatives for organisations such as Google, HSBC, Barclays and Diageo. A Forbes contributor and Ambassador for The Diversity Project, she works with executive leaders to build cultures of Conscious Inclusion and unlock overlooked talent within the investment and finance industries.

Lydia, known as The Conscious Culture Coach, is a transcultural psychotherapist, executive coach, and social justice advocate with a background in banking and finance. She specialises in helping individuals and organisations navigate the intersections of race, culture, and identity, fostering belonging and equity at every level, helping NewsUK, WTW, National Trust and TT Investments. Has also led ERG networks at Fidelity and Investec Bank.

Together, they co-founded the Asian Women in Banking & Finance Network to connect, empower, and amplify the voices of Asian women.
